Netnorth customers might have experienced a brief period of instability to some destinations at 12:26 (no more than a couple of seconds during reconvergance), but generally won’t have noticed anything at all.

Upon further investigation, Equinix have identified a ‘kink’ in their fibre provided in MA2 and are replacing the interconnect.
Equinix have replaced the faulty fibre in MA2, and the circuit is back online and operating normally.
