At approx 11pm this evening we experienced an issue with a server required to access the Netnorth Portal.
At the moment logging into the portal will give an error message – we hope to have this fixed tomorrow morning.
If you require an urgent action that is facilitated by the portal, please send a ticket to support@netnorth.co.uk and we’ll handle it manually for you.
This may also affect your daily AVS report over the next 24 hours (if you have this configured)
This was fixed on Saturday and normal portal operation has resumed.
