Vodafone, who provide our telephony services, are performing maintenance on Thursday 1st June 2017 between 7pm and midnight UK local time. This is to relocate our voice circuits between paths due to Vodafone expiring a historic United Utilities building where our fibre circuit currently travels.
During this time, our landline telephones will not be operational. This includes our emergency 24/7 support number.
This maintenance does not affect our Vodafone fibre data circuits as these do not traverse the UU building in question.
During this window, we will be paying close attention to email and support tickets – if you are unable to get through to our emergency number, please email our usual support address and we will action your request.
