Our building interconnection provider is currently performing maintenance on their equipment, however this outage is unexpected. We have reported it to the vendor for investigation. Today’s monthly on-load generator test passed as expected. The generator was started automatically after detecting the mains isolation, then ran on-load 10:22 – 10:43 The generator detected recovery of mains and shut down automatically in the expected timeframe All measured values were within their normal ranges.

At 17:28 (UK Local Time), we noticed a drop in our Level3 connectivity. Level3 remains unavailable to us at this time. We have opened a ticket with them to investigate.
