We have received monitoring alerts showing a core problem at one of our IP Transit providers (Level3).
While trying to confirm this alert, we can’t reach Level3’s London POP at all so feel that the issue at their end is a lot wider than a local issue.
As a result, we have disconnected this link until they have resolved the issue.
Netnorth continues to operate on its backup links normally.
We have re-activated our IPv4 connectivity to Level3 as it is now stable.
However, some problems still exist with IPv6 routing so this remains offline until further advice from Level3.
